Plank is a great beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercise for the entire body. It is a great tool for training the overall stability and posture of your body, both of which are essential for great capoeira.  It is an excellent way to work your abdominal and back musculature without even having to move!  Here are some great versons of plank.
