This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various exercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.
The goals are:

Shoulder flexibilty is key in capoeira... that is healthy shoulder flexibility. This exercise is excellent for opening up the shoulder while training the strength of the various secondary muscles that keep the shoulder stable.
All you need is a wall, and you can incorporate this into your off day routine!
