Here is another installment in our anatomy lessons.  The knee joint is a workhorse in the body.  It's really helpful to understand it's anatomy, so one is able to take care of it for the long term.  This video does an excellent job of helping one see and understand the joint's anatomy rom an exterior view.  In other words, you can deepen your own understanding of your knees anatomy by simply watching this video and looking at your own knee.
