This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various excercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.
The goals are:

Preparation is the key. This is a basic review of the preparation for bananeira (handstand). While we will tweak it in class, and use it in a more capoeira context, this video shows the basic necesseites for a good bananeira (handstand).
