This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various exercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

Well, this one comes from an experiment I am currently running on myself. I am a person that has a bit of a technology vice. My phone was my alarm clock, so I had it by my bed which also meant I would check my messages, news, and, yes I admit, various social networks, etc.
Monday night I put it in the other room. I am buying an actual alarm clock. I can say I am sleeping better.
