This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various exercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

Capoeiristas and our feet.  It's great that capoeira is done in barefeet.  It's good for us.  Our feet need a bit of a workout too considering they are cooped up in shoes all day long.  Get out and go barefoot. These exercises make for happy feet.

The second one is for fun since some of you asked if some of those foot exercises were even possible.
