This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various exercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

It's always sort of funny to me how what seems obvious in the capoeira world (and in the the third world) is lauded as a good thing to do here.  Need more proof that maybe we need to objectively examine our lifestyle here in the states?  Look at the "indigineous peoples stretch" described in the video below. 

Mestre Rã used to say that's how capoeiristas wait for the bus.  Put a piece of grass in your mouth and chew on it and the time would fly by until your bus came.

In Mark Sisson's defense, it is a good stretch.
