This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various excercises, tools, and resources that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

We have had some folks complaining about their back. I know this problem well given my own recent history with my back issues. The beginning of the problem revolves around lifestyle. Simply put... a sedentary lifestyle (working at a desk job, watching tv, driving, using a computer/mobile device) is dangerous and unhealthy for our lower back. There is no longer any discussion around that any more, for medical science accepts this as fact.
The good news is we have ways to ward off unnecessary injury. Capoeira is one way, but it is not enough alone because of the sheer number of hours most of us spend sitting in some form or another. It will be a losing battle, and it would be true no matter what activity you were to choose, Capoeira or some other.
