Capoeira Fitness Tip of the Week

This feature is designed to give you functional training tools for your off days when you are not training capoeira. We will be looking at various exercises that we will have as resources for you to devise a strategy for your overall physical development as a capoeirista.

This week is inspired by a conversation we were having after our demo at the USC involvement fair on Wednesday.  These are some ideas about what to eat after you finish a wrkout.  They are snacks, not a full meal.  An intelligent and enjoyable apporach to your nutrition will mean you will achieve great resuts for many years to come!
